The reason for Anil's shock was - The Doctor from whom Latha had to collect the medicine was none other Latha. Her cousin who was a Medical representative had a small conference in the Chennai on Sunday. As she was going alone and was to return on Monday morning, Latha decided to accompany her. Sensing that this could be a chance to meet Anil, she deiced not to tell him about her visit and decided to use the decoy of getting him to the hospital to collect the medicines and surprise him with her presence. Alas the 2 lovers were again on opposite sides after so much travelling :-)
"Man proposes, God disposes" - were the words in Anil's mind as he was returning back to Chennai sitting on the wooden seat in the cabin, however he was Happy that he had found somebody who had ideas exactly like him and was looking forward to life with her.
